PURCHASING GOODS ONLINE
You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "order") by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:

Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your order contains a series of offers for each product individually.
We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can send any orders out. They will however be prepared for dispatch immediately upon purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available, you will be notified. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract for a product which is despatched. All sales are final.
Tucann reserves the right not to accept or to cancel your order in our sole discretion for any reason without liability if, among other things, the products are not available, are incorrectly priced or are otherwise incorrectly described. Accordingly, Tucann shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of Tucann products displayed on the strongliftwear.com website. Tucann advises against shipping to APO/FPO addresses as transit time is often delayed and delivery is not guaranteed. Goods will be shipped to the delivery address(es) specified during the ordering procedure.
In the event that you ( the customer ) provides incorrect shipping information, such as shipping address, Tucann shall not be held responsible. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct. A replacement order can be organised, at the expense of the customer, including all product and shipping fees.
FINAL SALE:
All items marked as 'FINAL SALE' are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
Tucann is not responsible for any specific import tax on goods. It is your responsibility to understand any potential costs associated with bringing items into your country.
