Refund policy

We are pleased to offer free returns on exchanges for items purchased within the United States and Canada, provided that the return is within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that we do not offer free returns for international purchases at this time.

 

To qualify for a refund, the following return policies must be met:

1. 1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

   2. Items must be in new, unused condition.

   3. This policy excludes items that have been worn, washed, used, soiled, or damaged by the customer.

   4. All original labels and packaging must be included with the returned items.

   5. The item must not have been purchased at a sale price.

   6. The item must not be classified as an accessory or undergarment.

   7. This must be the first return of the item in question.

Please Note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Thank you for your understanding.
