Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, your location, and order availability. We do our best to meet requested timeframes but are not liable for carrier delays or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, peak periods, incorrect address).

• Shipping rates are weight-based. Item weights are rounded up according to carrier policies.

• Stated delivery times are industry averages. Remote or APO/FPO addresses may face extended delays, and delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

Please provide accurate delivery details:

• If incorrect information requires redelivery or redirection, additional charges will apply.

• If delivery is made to the wrong address due to incorrect details, we cannot recover the parcel and a new order will need to be placed at full cost.

Returned Parcels

We will not accept responsibility for parcels returned due to:

• Invalid, unknown, or left address

• Refused delivery

• Unclaimed parcels (e.g., absent for extended periods)

• Invalid/closed military unit or zip code

• Recipient not located at the provided address

If returned for these reasons, we will issue a store credit or refund for the order value, excluding all shipping & handling costs (including “free shipping” orders). Returned items are automatically restocked and available for re-order.

While we strive for timely delivery, Tucann is not liable for loss or damage caused by carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
