Our products are designed and made to high quality standards as well as receive great reviews, we can assure you this is not a common occurrence. But in the unfortunate event this does happen, please kindly email us a [email protected] and provide us photos of the item showing the issue(s).
We suggest contacting your local post, as they may still have your package and just tagged your delivery incorrectly. But in the case that they do not have this, please kindly contact us at [email protected]

Our express shipping usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery, and with our standard shipping, it takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

We normally aim for monthly replenishment but this can also be based on demand and peak seasons. Please keep in mind that many of our products are limited editions and may not be restocked.
